A low noise interrupted Jay's thoughts. Turning to the bedroom door, the boy saw a short figure in the dim light of the room. Untamed blond hair due to the headboard, red eyes slightly bright and wide, a loose green pajamas hugging the little one's body, while he himself clung to a dragon stuffed animal that Jay had sewn several times.
Lloyd opened his mouth to speak, but hesitated for a moment, his eyes darting around the room, looking at everything other than Jay. It was when a white flash illuminated the room and thunder reached their ears that Lloyd decided to speak, shuddering.
"Can I sleep with you?"

They’d hugged. They’d hugged!! Everything was fine now—they could leave everything unsaid, right? Did it really matter, anyway?? Wyldfyre knew Kai had more pressing matters than talking to her. He had two worried younger siblings, and a best friend to look for!! Wyldfyre was on the bottom of his list, and that was totally fine!! So super fine, no problems whatsoever!!
So….why did it hurt so bad when Kai completely ignored her in the Monastery??…

Or…After Kai returned from being trapped in Never-Space with Bonzel, Wyldfyre can’t help but feel like they left a lot unsaid. And Kai can’t figure out how to confront his daughter without breaking down in front of her.

Summary
One of Arin's favorite events since the Merge was the Crossroads Carnival. He loved all the different games, rides, the delicious smell of all kinds of food ever-present in the air. He and Frak used to go to Ninjago carnivals before the Merge, but they could never compare to the Crossroads. The Merge had brought so many new people and cultures to Ninjago, it only made sense events would become grander to reflect that.
Last year, though, he hadn't been able to enjoy the carnival as much, on account of a deranged magician and his giant puppet trying to kill him, Sora, and Riyu.
So this year, Arin wanted to enjoy the Carnival to its fullest. With everyone.

Summary
Jay was an amazing person and ninja, and he had changed so much, proving to her over and over how willing he was to be the right man for her. Nya already knew about the reflection Jay had seen of the two of them together in the future, and that knowledge gave her a sense of relief. No matter what happened, fate would bring them back together. She hoped so, at least.
Would they also have a home away from Ninjago like the Walkers? What would happen to the other ninjas? Nya could picture Lloyd older, standing at the head of a dojo, training a new generation of Elemental kids.
Fire, Earth, Ice, Energy, and finally Lightning and Water. There were so many more, she had seen plenty of them back in Chen’s Tournament. Lightning and Water were her favourites though; maybe she was a little biased, who knew.
Jay and her… would they have children? Two of them, maybe with their same powers. A storm, born to continue their legacy. The image made her throat tighten. Would they suffer as much as they have and will?
Or,
Jay finally takes Nya to have dinner with his parents.

Kai suddenly grabs his bag and phone, leaving his drink on the table, as he quickly leaves out the back door, pulling up Jay’s contact and calling him back. He walks outside, moving past a handful of dumpsters and arrives at a more isolated spot, usually where he’d go to smoke.
He waits rather impatiently, internally cursing himself each second that Jay doesn’t pick up. This is stupid, he thinks, but waits nonetheless.
