The first time Sparkling woke up after being turned, he nearly screamed at his lack of a reflection, almost punched the mirror, until he realized exactly what that meant, and heaved out a sigh.

Summary
Originally just a oneshot that I've decided was too short to post on its own, so I decided to make a collection of short stories centering around Sparkling and Vampire navigating through their relationship. Chapters won't all be related to each other and don't have to be read in order.

Sparkling doesn’t give a response. Maybe he knows that Vampire’s question is almost rhetoric, or maybe he just does not want to say. Maybe it’s because he doesn’t know, or maybe it’s because he thinks the reason is stupid.
Vampire knows he’s thought that about himself, many, many times.

Typically, he floats aimlessly around his own house, for no reason in particular, and he walks through the doors (of his own home, mind you,) a little tipsy, and then he goes to bother his sister. The typical annoying little things that he’s prone to doing.
Typically, he is lonely. Vampire doesn’t like ‘typical.’
