Summary
After a routine investigation goes wrong, Connor is exposed to a dangerous thirium-based compound designed to affect androids. What follows is something neither of them is prepared for...overheating systems, failed protocols, and a desperate attempt to keep Connor from shutting down entirely.

Summary
“There must’ve been foul play… but why go through the trouble of rescuing a dead man- especially in this weather- when it would’ve otherwise gone unnoticed?” Connor rambled before a particularly violent bout of waves threw the boat off balance, forcing the android to scramble backwards to avoid face planting into the evidence.
“Guilty conscience, maybe?” Hank offered. “And get out of that damn boat before I have to go fishing for my partner,” He joked, although Connor could detect concern laced in his tone.

Connor is trapped under a truck, his arm pinned under one of the wheels. The situation is bad, but with the damage to his processor, he can’t tell how bad. All he knows is the pain. Hank called for help, but Connor’s condition is deteriorating fast. It only gets worse when Connor starts choking on his own thirium.

The combination of Connor’s stubbornness and his own mounting concern was starting to grate on his nerves and trying to coax it out of him clearly not working, “Come on kid, you’re obviously not feeling well, you’re making this difficult for the both of us.”
