It had been two years now since Obi-Wan and his ex-husband split, and the several disastrous relationships he had had since then left him feeling hopeless and desperate. None of them were worth starting a family with; they were lazy, entitled, and dumb as rocks.

Anakin smiles at him, but his eyes are still gleaming with unspilled tears.
