“Well, I suppose you should get going,” Mary suggested as she plopped the last bag onto the Revenge 2. After she had helped with Stede’s “death,” Mary had offered to help Stede move onto the new ship that she had gifted him.
“Yes, I suppose I should,” Stede responded. It was going to be a long trip, and it would take even longer to try to find Ed’s ship. He and Mary stared at each other for a few seconds. Mary then broke their stare to walk off of the ship onto land and turned back only to wave goodbye. With that, Stede hoisted the sails of the Revenge 2, and set sail west, across the Atlantic.
