Summary
After Dorian shows Basil the changes in his portrait, he does not kill him. Instead, he murders another person in front of him to prove a point. What he doesn't expect is for Basil to help him dispose of the body. Now he must contend with his feelings about Basil as an act meant to push the man away tangles them even closer together.
Basil has just watched the man that he loves—that he idolizes—kill an innocent passerby in front of him. As he watches the image he had of Dorian crack and crumble, will he remain loyal to the man who has inspired his art and affections for so many years? Even if it means betraying his own morals along the way?
