Hyung. Yeonjun thrashed around wildly in search of Taehyun. He had heard Taehyun's voice. He was certain of it.
Hyung, I'm scared. The world had gone cold and black, but he could still feel Taehyun's smaller hand in his. He was still panicking, but the terror and urgency was starting to wane.
Hyung, I don't want to die.
Don't worry, Taehyun-ah. Hyung's got you.
Hyung!
The world is dying slowly, and Yeonjun's world is about to end quickly.

Summary
"You won," the man said. His voice was deep, but much higher than it had been in his dragon form, and it was soft. He looked nearly harmless in this form. One of his eyebrows twitched. "Happy?"
"Somewhat." Taehyun took a slow step forward, and then when the man didn't immediately bolt, another step. As the man didn't seem embarrassed or conscious of his own body, Taehyun didn't avert his eyes, and instead continued to look as he pleased. "And who have I had the honor of besting?"
"Soobin," said the owner of that name promptly. He gazed up at Taehyun with wide, dark eyes.
"Soobin," Taehyun repeated, tasting it. Soobin was a very pretty name, befitting of a creature of such beauty. Soobin's cheeks had the slightest hint of pink in them. Taehyun wanted to make them even pinker.
"And you are…?"
"Taehyun."
"Taehyun," Soobin said. He sounded curious rather than dismissive — if Taehyun was being optimistic. Soobin looked up at him and still managed to look haughty. "Was that simple act too much for you? Has your energy been drained?"
Taehyun hikes in search of a storied waterfall, and finds a beautiful dragon instead.

"Why didn't you tell me?" Taehyun sounds like he's crying. "Don't you trust me?"
Oh, no.
"It's hyung's responsibility, not yours," Soobin says.
"It's not about that," Taehyun cries, muffling his words against Soobin's neck. "You never let me take care of you, hyung, and I don't know why."
Soobin will happily take care of everyone else and give all of himself to his members, but never relies on them in return. Taehyun understands this as a lack of trust between them. Soobin doesn't see it at all, until it chews him up and spits him out.

"Soobin," Beomgyu says sharply, forgoing honorifics and without a trace of playfulness in his voice. "What's going on?"
He spins around, preparing for Beomgyu's wrath. "I didn't mean to," Soobin says urgently, "the plant— a flower bloomed suddenly, and I just had to— to put in in my mouth."
"Oh, you had to," Beomgyu parrots back. He shifts his weight to the other foot and tilts his head as he stares at Soobin, gaze hard. "Really."
"Really!" Soobin's voice gets a little bit high-pitched at the end of the word. "I'll fix it, I promise."
"Oh, no, you don't have to do that." A smirk is slowly spreading across Beomgyu's face, and Soobin recognizes the triumph in his expression.
Soobin sighs in relief, but his muscles tense when Beomgyu starts to cackle, and he looks up to see Beomgyu grinning wickedly.
Purchasing a houseplant does not typically lead to confusion, chaos, and horniness, but of course, when Beomgyu buys one, this is exactly what happens– and Soobin and Yeonjun have to (read: get to) go along with his shenanigans.

“Oh, Soobinnie,” Yeonjun coos, moving away from him, hovering around like a wolf surrounding its prey. Soobin pretty much feels like a cornered bunny, a helpless animal standing face to face with its predator. “I’m not here to save you. I’m here to claim my sacrifice."
“You’re the monster,” he whispers, coming out loud and clear in the silence of the destroyed temple. “But—”
“That’s what the rest of the village calls me?” Yeonjun clicks his tongue bitterly, walking back in silent steps until he’s standing face to face with Soobin. “I don’t care about those hags, but it hurts me deeply to have you calling me this.”
There's a monster roaming the outskirts of the village Soobin lives, one that demands human sacrifices monthly in order to not devastate the whole village. Soobin unlucky gets chosen as this month's sacrifice for the monster — a monster that strangely looks like his supposedly deceased best friend and the one Soobin still has feelings for.

“I was wondering,” Yeonjun says, the words twisting nervously in his mouth, “if you would teach me how to have sex.”
Taehyun’s brain goes static around the edges, and he stares blankly at the wall behind Yeonjun’s head.
“Hyung, what are you talking about? You’ve probably had more sex than all of us.”
“Not what I mean,” Yeonjun shakes his head.
Taehyun thinks about it for a moment, and then the picture clicks into focus. “Oh, you mean with a guy?”
Yeonjun decides to explore his sexuality while on tour and Taehyun is wholly unprepared to deal with the consequences.

Yesterday, Taehyun thought Beomgyu was a virgin. Today, he discovers that Beomgyu has slept with every other TXT member except for him.
It’s a lot to process in twenty-four hours.
