Usopp groans, “With all the features you’ve installed, you couldn’t add a light on the inside of your arm?”
“I could, but I blew my best lights on my nipples,” Franky shrugs.
Usopp pauses, then nods thoughtfully. “They are really cool,” he says, and Franky nods back. Greatness takes sacrifice. “I’m just worried that one of these days I’ll accidentally snip something important.”
“I’ve snipped worse on my own,” Franky admits. After all, that’s why he asks for Usopp’s help.

Mind reeling, Law finds himself confused and concerned and curious all at once. "And how is this," he asks, gesturing at white plumes of hair and a steaming mantle of clouds, "a property of rubber?"
"'Cause I'm made of rubber!" Luffy drops his hands to grab Law by the ears. "And you can be too!"

“I can help you.” His voice has dropped low and crooning; he almost lulls himself. “You hate that mark so awfully, don’t you?”
Tobirama lifts his chin, and glares.
“A man wouldn’t brand an ox as deeply as they did to you. They wanted you to know you would be their slave for the rest of your life, didn’t they? To feel it. I wonder how you haven’t cut it out of your skin already.”
When Tobirama’s jaw flexes and his throat bobs, Madara moves in closer. Slow, like a performer’s high geta sliding one by one. Like a predator in the night.
“Did they punish you when you tried?”
“Get out of my home,” Tobirama rasps. His breath smells like alcohol. He wouldn’t have drunk so much if he didn’t expect more than Madara taking a look and walking away.
