“Hey,” Peach greets him, and walks on to one of the cupboards. He gets out a metal mixing bowl, and reaches for his whisk.
When he stands up, Home is still in the same place, smiling at him, almost staring.
“Did you need something?”
Home’s smile breaks into a frown. “I’m being approachable,” he says, slowly, “are you not finding this approachable?” Then he looks at the counter separating them, “Oh shit! It’s supposed to be open space between us.” He walks around so that he’s blocking Peach’s access to the fridge.

Oscar didn’t look at him. “Currently? A strong three.”
“Three?” Lando gasped. “You’re sitting across from me on a private jet, drinking champagne. That’s at least an eight.”
Oscar finally turned to him, eyes glinting under the cabin lights, the corner of his mouth curving up. “You’ll have to try harder.”

“My roommate has been telling me to come see his band for weeks, but I didn’t have the time until today,” the guy explains, frowning a bit. “I can’t find him though, maybe he’s also in the bathroom with someone.”
“Our roommates suck, pun absolutely intended,” Michael snorts. “You could leave though, assuming you have your keys and you drove here.”
“I did, I do, but,” he shrugs, giving Michael a slow once over, lips tugging up into a shy smile. “I think I’m gonna stick around.”
“And keep me company?” Michael asks, perking up slightly at the prospect.
“If you want.”
He smiles in delight. Suddenly, he doesn’t need Calum to hurry up. “I could use the company actually.” He holds his hand out, goosebumps breaking across his skin when the guy takes it. “I’m Michael.”
“I’m Luke.”
