Summary
The first few years had been disasters.
Sakura-chan had nearly lost an arm trying to drag him home once. Kakashi-sensei had volunteered exactly one time and had ended up trapped in a frozen dimension for eight days until Sasuke had been himself enough to bring him back. Whenever asked about it, he’d muttered something about snow, rabbits and never doing that again.
Which left Naruto, because for whatever reason, Sasuke tolerated him when he got like this. Not happily, or willingly, and half the time Naruto still got threatened for it, but he was the only person Sasuke’s fever instincts put up with consistently.
