Summary
During college, Hirose finally got into an official relationship and got a girlfriend, leaving his two rival hidden suitors heartbroken.
Nakamura, whose heart has only been for Hirose, is now deteriorating and self-destructing alone while also trying to keep up the facade of supporting Hirose, acting like he is fine. "It's Takeuchi's birthday today, we're all going over to his house to celebrate. Wanna come?" Nakamura snapped up in his seat and nodded quickly.

His first party, and with Hirose? He could barely contain himself.
They had made their way to the school gates when suddenly Hirose stopped walking. He looked a little shocked, and broke off from the crowd to go run over to something, or someone.
Nakamura squinted, leaning past his classmates to see what and - was that Matsumura?
