Their friends didn't understand. Renjun had told them to break up at least a dozen times. Jisung looked at them with something between pity and horror every time they showed up with new bruises. Jeno had tried to have an intervention once, sitting them down, explaining gently and carefully that this wasn't healthy, that this wasn't love.
They didn't get it. None of them got it.
To everyone else, this was horrifying. Two people who claimed to love each other, leaving marks on each other's bodies. Screaming and fighting and bleeding and crying.
But to Jaemin and Donghyuck, this was comfort. This was home. This was the only way they knew how to love, and maybe it was broken, maybe it was wrong, but it was theirs.

He wants to sew Mark to the bathroom floor just to unravel his stitches every night Donghyuck decides to show up, lick the wounds closed with his tongue afterward, just to do it all over again.
