“Oh, you meant to offer me,” Tobirama concludes, “me or Touka. But I doubt Touka would do well inside an arrangement like this, so it falls to me.”

If Tobirama accepts, he must escort Izuna safely to the Uchiha.

Hashirama is staring up at the daimyo, mouthing something, that if it echoes Madara’s feelings, is likely “what the fuck?” The two negotiators glance at each other in utter bafflement, as shocked as the rest of them, and Madara readies himself to rise and take the daimyo’s throat in his fist.

Tobirama-sama was merely born with a weak constitution and had to be kept under observation for a fortnight, to avoid the risk of him getting ill.
Tobirama-sama always had russet brown eyes.
He knows of Uchiha's fixation with red eyes, the show of favour from their patron goddess; he knows they would relentlessly court and pursue those that were “blessed”, that for the Uchiha there was no bigger honour than bringing a Blessed into the clan.He also knows that they would stop at nothing to accomplish it.
He knows; it's been drilled, beaten and carved into his mind and skin since he could understand words, still stumbling, smelling of milk and his mother's scent. Known this burden like he knows the back of his hands, like the tongue knows the taste of sweat and blood, like the cold blade knows the warmth of flesh.
But knowing is different from facing.

A piece of it keeps falling in his eye, and long, delicate fingers reach up every now and then to push it back. His jaw is sharp and suddenly Daniel thinks fangs and fangs on my shoulder and his hands are really cold and when he blinks the man is standing in front of him, hand resting on the booth. “May I?” He asks, nodding towards the empty seat across from Daniel.
