Summary
(placeholder name subject to change)
Noelle and Kris have known each other forever; they grew up together, Kris pulling pranks that made Noelle shriek only to get chased around by Dess with a wiffle bat in retaliation, playing video games together until Kris inevitably decided to get up and go play the Holiday family's piano...
Then Dess went missing. Kris went quiet. Asriel left for college. Distance grew between friends.
Dess came back. Kris started to smile again. Noelle and Kris reconnected, and together, they survived high school.
College is going to be a new challenge all its own, but at least they're in it together, right?
...Then Noelle meets her new roommate, Susie, and things get a little more complicated.
(AKA I refuse to pick a ship so all three of these dorks are going to figure out the whole friendship thing and fall for each other or so help me)

Summary
They had a system.
The lights stayed off. They were there, in case of emergencies or guests, but outside of those extenuating circumstances, they never turned on. On especially dark or cloudy nights, Kris cracked a glowstick and circled it around their wrist when they walked into the kitchen around 4:00 AM to make coffee after giving up on sleep for the night. Sometimes, the smell drew it out of its room; she'd come grab a cup, and they'd sip the hot, bitter liquid together in silent camaraderie. Usually, Kris drank the small pot alone.
...
It feels selfish, like some violation of the silent pact they’ve made with themself, with Dess. An unspoken agreement to fade quietly from this world, to break away in little pieces over time, make their peace and let the others make theirs.
...
They are warm. A hand on their wrist. Breath on their shoulder. Snores shaking the floor. They are comfortable, and safe, and loved, and somehow this is worse. Because the warmth isn't theirs in the same way the screams weren't theirs; because Kris is a quiet thing, a cold thing, and the pain belongs to them but the fire does not.(i.e. Kris and Dess are forced out of their downward spirals and learn to be loved.)

Summary
“And I have complete faith that you will be able to adjust to this new situation as tactfully as you handle everything, my dear.”
Toriel smiles at Kris and Susie. They both stare at her.
“Boyfriend,” Kris says, gaspy, like they’re waking up from a nightmare. “You’re telling me that he’s your boyfriend.”
“Yes, dear. Yes, I am.”
Kris glances at Susie. She knows this look. It means, do you want to get in massive trouble together? The answer is, as always, of fucking course I do.
“That’s funny,” Kris says, with a grin that begins in the corner of their mouth and creeps across the rest of their face. “Because me and Susie have something to tell you too.”Bookmarked by sunrio

Summary
Something in this space between her and Kris has shifted— an old fracture testing the tension of new bone tissue. It's just seven days. One hundred and sixty-eight hours. Really, that's no time at all, but it hasn’t been just her and Kris since they were children, back before everything went wrong. Since then, there has always been some outlying third factor: Susie, or Dess, or the SOUL, or the distance between them.
They're inches away, hands close enough that she can feel the heat radiating off their skin, and she doesn't know how to close the space.
(or: one week and five dates where noelle tries to define what she and kris are.)

Summary
Kris, contrary to what they like to claim, is very good at being loved.
Susie, comparatively, is not.
(or: love finds its way to the girl— just, maybe not exactly in the way she thought.)
