Summary
His thoughts began to run wild. Of course, it was his rotten luck to get stuck with a stupid new ailment that they knew nothing about. It was bad enough that he couldn’t keep his mouth shut on a normal day, and now this dumb fairy tale curse was going to come along and spill all his secrets to anyone who happened to be nearby.
“We’re not going to let that happen, Yosuke,” Yu said, placing his hand gently on Yosuke’s shoulder. “We will figure it out; we always do.”
Yosuke’s eyes widened. Goddamnit, he said all of that out loud? This was the actual worst.
Or
Yosuke gets hit with a status ailment that compels him to tell the truth, and the consequences of that.

Yosuke scoffed, rolling his eyes. “Yeah, I’ve heard that one before. You’ve known me all of ten minutes.”
“No, really,” Yu laughed, clinking their glasses together. “I mean it. I want to get to know you better.”
“What, through fucking me?” Yosuke said drily. He took another sip of his gin and tonic, staring at him steadily over the rim of the glass.
“That’s one way,” he agreed, and continued, “I think you can learn a lot about a person through sex.”

The annual Junes runway show hits a snag when a winter storm causes a shortage of models for the upcoming production. Fortunately, Yu is a kind person and doesn't mind Yosuke getting in his face and making him his cosmetic guinea pig. “Well, I still wanna know! You’ve had every girl in the book confess to you and you’re gonna sit here and tell me you haven’t even thought about bringing one of em’ to your room?”
“Not in that way. They’re my friends.”
“Really? You’re telling me that I’m the same to you as each one of those girls?” It sounds different than he meant it to come out, but he’s too tipsy to have the common sense to bite his tongue, like he typically does.
There’s a pause before Yu answers, longer than usual, like he was really conflicted in how he should respond. Just another rare sight to see tonight.
“No,” he says concretely, taking a long gulp of his drink, finishing it off. “You’re not the same.”Or,
After Nanako is rescued from the T.V. world and in the hospital, Yosuke decides to try and cheer up his best friend in the world, Yu Narukami, with a cheap case of beer. However, Yosuke fails to consider the inhibiting effects that alcohol has on a person and causes something to bubble up he'd rather never confront.

"They really weren't that bad."
Souji tried -- and failed -- to reassure him while they were washing the dishes. Souji with the sponge and soapy water in a basin, Yosuke drying with a cloth, putting the clean dishes on the rack with more of a clatter than they really deserved.
"They had lumps in them," Yosuke said miserably. Souji laughed, with a splash as he accidentally dropped a glass back into the sink. "Lumps," Yosuke continued, with every ounce of disgust that he could muster. "And you know what? I don't even know what they were lumps of."
(Souji and Yosuke attempt to adjust to living together, but encounter some unexpected hurdles.)

"Warmth was the best way to describe it. Yu had made him feel like sunshine simply by reflecting his light back to him. Just like how the sun and moon converge, Yosuke was caught in a total solar eclipse with Yu, creating a ring of warmth that radiated to his very bone.
