Wilson chuckles. “The first time I met Buck—Sergeant Barnes—he ripped the steering wheel out of the car I was driving on the freeway. He got on the roof, punched through the windshield, pulled the steering wheel off. Just like that.” He mimes with his hands as he describes it.
This doesn’t sound like an auspicious beginning to me, but Wilson is laughing.

Oscar had, at some point, become a piece of furniture.
That wasn’t a complaint. Just an observation. Like noticing the weather had turned or that the apples in hospitality were bad again.
George Russell had apparently decided that wherever Oscar was standing was the correct place to be. This was true at national anthems, in the paddock, in the media pen, and—most impressively—exactly when Oscar was attempting to film something for McLaren’s social channels.
Every race weekend, without fail, George found him. Especially if he needed an umbrella.

Summary
A week before Christmas, Mark and Fernando get into a fight in the parking lot and are arrested. They have to do community service at an orphanage in the city, participating in a project to take in a child together and make the child experience a magical moment in his life.
Initially they think it will be a nightmare, but after meeting Oscar they discover that saying goodbye is much more difficult.
