Summary
With the HPSC now requiring the ADA to have an overseeing hero to make arrests or engage in combat of any kind, and none of its current members being eligible, Dazai and Ranpo devise a loophole: have one Ochako Nakahara-Dazai attend a hero school, and become their “overseeing” hero.
Of course, she’s always happy to help her father and her future workplace, but she’s not really sure any hero school is prepared for Yokohama weirdness, which seems to follow all of its residents even outside of the city. She’s also not sure she’ll be able to get a license faster than three years, which both Dazai and Chuuya seem confident she can do. She’ll have to get it as quick as possible though, lest the ADA drive multiple heroes sent to oversee their operations insane.

Summary
Maybe he’d trained Akutagawa-Kun better than he realised, because the boy had completely flipped the script and given Dazai a taste of his own medicine and the detective detested the taste. He could feel his own wretched jealousy burning and tearing at his insides. Akutagawa had used the only person that could get under Dazai’s skin and it had succeeded so beautifully he was almost proud.

"I think you broke my nose," Dazai says faintly, finally letting Chuuya remove his hands. He frowns as Chuuya angles his head a bit to look at it. Dazai presses the back of a quick finger to the underside of his nose, blinking. "I'm bleeding, aren't I? I think I'm bleeding?"
Chuuya rolls his eyes, letting him go. "Your nose is fine. It's not bleeding either, so stop bein' so dramatic about it."
"Chuuya should kiss it better."
"Hah!" Chuuya exclaims, "Shut the hell up, you! This doesn't give ya a free pass to say such bullshit just 'cuz I'm doing this with you!"
Dazai is staring ahead, his eyes hazy. "Ugh, yeah. I'm pretty grossed out too now at what I just said. Where were we? Oh, right." He looks back at Chuuya, focused again. "So… this time… go slow, okay? I know you're excited to kiss my pretty face and all but - "
"DAZAI!" Chuuya's voice is high and wild, bordering on a screech. He's starting to regret this already.
"But you have to make sure you can actually see where my pretty face is instead of just banging into me."

Dazai clapped his hands together, surveying the room. The subordinate he had followed drove off into one of the many Port Mafia owned warehouses. This one in particular wasn't used for many purposes, other than storage. It seems the subordinates have utilized this however, and turned the building into a makeshift fan club for Chuuya. The craziest part is the amount of members there were—men and women alike.
And Dazai thought he was a heartthrob.

"A-Ah, well, I don't know? It's pretty overwhelming...so many guys...and I've never been in a bar before either-"
"What?!" Chuuya yells, startling Atsushi. "You're bloody Dazai's protégé and you ain't ever been to a bar?"
"W-Well, I'm only eighteen! And I was in an orphanage until last year, so I didn't get much of a chance...."
"Man. Good kid, though. I'd already been in like a million bars by the time I was your age," Chuuya sighs. "Though I still suck at drinking, ugh. Don't tell anyone that."
It's Atsushi's first time at a (gay) bar, and somehow he manages to run into Chuuya Nakahara, Port Mafia executive. Atsushi must look pretty pathetic, because Chuuya decides to take him under his wing for his time there.
