Summary
After receiving a note proposing a game to Mori he decides to play the person's game but in his own way. He sends the infamous Double Black into the modern world of heroes and villains to rat out the person who left the note while posing as high school students at a prestigious hero school called UA.
How will the two mafiosos fair in the odd society of black and white, such a different thing from their gray city? Through trial and error, Chuuya and Dazai find themselves trying to blend in while facing mysterious enemies that run the grand city's underground groups. Although they're not as inconspicuous as they might think.
