Summary
“Waited for you, didn’t I?”
In 1971, two boys meet in a children’s home just outside London. Three years later, they find each other again at a boarding school in northern England. Four years after that, Britain is at a breaking point, under the rise of far-right politician Tom Riddle and his growing movement, and they're thrown into the middle of it.
Stolen cigarettes, pirate radio stations, recklessness, first loves, underground newspapers, the Yorkshire Dales, protests, punk, poetry, and rock and roll.
Or
A coming-of-age muggle AU retelling of the Marauders’ story, reimagined against 1970s–90s Britain heavily inspired by a time of real-world political unrest.

Summary
Sirius Black used to be many things: promising, charming, and—debatable but still—kind of capable of making good decisions. Now he’s twenty-six, broke, emotionally constipated, and hopelessly in love with his best friend. It’s fine. He’s handling it very normally.
Remus Lupin used to be brilliant. He still is, technically. He just also happens to be deeply tired, quietly self-destructive, and very committed to pretending he has everything under control. None of those carefully controlled decisions, however, seem to include Sirius.
They argue, they avoid each other, they say all the wrong things—and occasionally the right ones at the worst possible time. Somewhere between missed potential, bad coping mechanisms, and a friendship that has always been a little too intense, something fragile and dangerous has taken root.

Summary
Sirius moves into a new apartment building and develops a crush on his neighbour, who never quite looks at him and rarely responds the way he expects. Convinced the attraction is hopeless, Sirius resigns himself to disappointment, unaware of how closely Remus has been noticing him, even without looking.
A winter of careful flirting, quiet misunderstandings, and a love that grows in the spaces between what is seen and what is sensed.

Summary
Bored and ankles-deep in delinquency — Remus Lupin’s got life all dried up for him. He’s reckless and hungry for way more than this so-called quaint town can give.
Meanwhile, Sirius Black is seventeen and a devilishly handsome embodiment of the teenage dream. He drinks, he smokes, and is absolutely in love with life itself.
Remus Lupin would’ve been in love with life too; and that is if he didn’t have the annoyingly good-looking boy from across the road driving him to madness.
But hey, madness always sounded better with a shit-ton of music in the background, right?
