”I’ll stay.” Cheng Xiaoshi nodded easily, settling down so he was sitting with his back leaned against the bed. He got this phone out to play a gacha game of some sort. Lu Guang brought the bowl closer, lifting the spoon to his mouth and swallowing the congee. It went down smoothly and filled his chest with such a lovely warmth, he nearly teared up. He continued eating in relative silence, punctuated only by the music coming from Cheng Xiaoshi’s phone accompanied by various character voice lines.
