Squiggly bubbles appeared in front of his eyes, showcasing the dreams and nightmares of everybody around— white, eerie light coated the soft dreams, while the nightmares bared its teeth with a red glow erraticating from it.
Astro sighed, reaching out a hand towards one of the red bubbles, brushing a hand up against it and watching his surroundings change.
Shelly.
Astro frowned in pity, stepping through the broken floorboards of what was supposed to be Shelly’s room, looking down upon the broken skeleton bone.
Shelly sat down beside it, crying silently over the broken bones, her hands trembling with her tail curled in between her legs.
Astro breathed, raising his hand into the air and carefully using his magic to position the bones back into place, reversing the action that had occurred, watching Shelly blink—- then calm down, the place slowly fixing itself into a manageable space as it shifted to match Shelly’s emotions.
Astro smiled, his job was done here. And with that, he exited the dream, gripping the now white glowing orb in his hand, and placing it back with the others.
