Jaemin set his bag down and looked around.
Then he noticed the strawberries. They were everywhere.
Not literally everywhere, of course, but enough to make an impression. He noticed a tiny ceramic dish shaped like a berry sat near the sink, holding what looked like sugar packets. Even the tea towel had little embroidered strawberries on it.
Jaemin stared. Renjun, who had been watching him with mild curiosity, followed his gaze and said, “Ah.”
Jaemin turned slowly. “You like strawberries.”
Renjun looked almost offended by the understatement. “Like them?” He placed a hand over his chest, as if Jaemin had insulted a beloved family member. “I adore strawberries.”
Jaemin’s eyes widened. “You’re serious."
Renjun considered this. “If strawberries were a person, I would probably marry them.”

Renjun menghafal wajah itu jauh sebelum ia tahu namanya.
Yang ia tahu hanya: earphone belum terpasang berarti masih terlalu pagi, pagar sepi berarti sudah terlambat. Bukan karena ia berniat, tapi karena otak manusia mencatat pola tanpa izin, dan pola itu kebetulan berbentuk seseorang yang selalu ada di waktu yang tepat.
Sampai suatu hari Renjun menyeberang ke minimarket di depan kantornya, dan di lorong yang terlalu dingin, ia mendapati bahwa orang asing itu ternyata tidak pernah benar-benar asing.

Jeno takes a look at Jisung passed out on the couch, and casts a forlorn look towards the two bedrooms occupied by Renjun and Donghyuck, those lucky bastards. He thinks about the limited space he's lying in and would have to sleep in for the rest of the night, then before he knows it, he is making a decision.
“I'm gonna sleep in Haechan’s room.” Jeno sits up and announces as he grabs his pillow, getting ready to leave.
