Summary
Lucifer had been staying for three weeks now at his daughter’s hotel, and yet he hadn’t felt this out of place since he lost his pure white wings.
All of the hotel residents pitched in and worked diligently to reconstruct the building better than ever. When they finished, Lucifer had two options. He could make a place for himself here and keep supporting his daughter’s dreams, or he could go back home and be worthless. Keep wallowing in his workshop and his past. It wasn’t a very difficult choice.
However, the show had to go on.
And now that he had forced his way into the script, he had to run with the narrative.
____________________________
A between-seasons (and a bit of S2) fic inspired by “That Distant Shore” from Steven Universe, in which we explore how Lucifer’s depression affects his relationship with Charlie and how he fits in with the rest of the hotel residents.
And while Lucifer may have his own issues, there are a couple of issues that Charlie hasn’t exactly been forthcoming about.

Summary
“As Hermes reflected on this, he almost didn’t notice when Odysseus’s face fell. He barely clocked it when the mortal’s eyelids fell shut like a final prayer. Quick-witted as he was, the god didn’t even see the signs when he squared his shoulders and gazed with empty resolve at the churning water below.
Hermes only realized Odysseus’s intentions when the man closed his eyes a final time and took a step forward.”

Or, Hermes arrived at Ogygia just a bit later, and he nearly doesn’t find Odysseus in time. It gives him some things to reevaluate about himself.

God, but what if it was human?

Summary
Grace turns his gaze back to the craft in front of him. Now that he takes a closer look, it is a craft, and a shoddily constructed one at that. Even from this far away, he can see patches of metal roughly welded together to create something just this side of airtight.
At least it used to be. The thing looked like it had been hit by a bulldozer, and then backed over for good measure. There were holes punched into the metal big enough to stick his arm through, the glass on the front was cracked, one tap away from shattering completely, and the whole thing was covered in dents and scratches. He couldn’t even see any way for the thing to propel itself. He leaned in a bit closer to see around the back and … is that a propeller? Like on a-
“..submarine?” He whispers, almost to himself, trying to process what’s in front of him. Maybe he needs that nap a bit more than he thought.
