“But it was cool , Sunghoon.” Jay whines out. “And he was like, really cute.”
At that, the table goes silent. Even Riki stops picking out the vegetables from his soup.
“But he’s like, a total nerd,” Sunghoon splutters out, “like, I’m pretty sure he just studies and watches like, hentai all day.”
“Yeah!” Sunoo adds in. “I know him. We went to boarding school together, after he moved from Australia. Smart guy, but get this.” His voice drops an octave as he leans in, like he’s sharing a big secret. “He’s still a virgin.”
At that, Jay gasps in horror. Really, that won’t do. That won’t do at all. He knows at that moment what he has to do. He has to save the poor cute boy in the back of his 8 AM physics class from the abject horror of being a virgin.

Jay does a good deed. He's forgetting that men are dogs.

And so Jake tries to be casual about it.
“Jay-ah, do you like Eric?”
“Who– Your brother?” Jay asked. Jake couldn’t help but notice that his whole posture changed after hearing Eric’s name, eyes lit up and he even turned around in Jake’s direction, totally engrossed in the conversation now that it was about Jake’s brother.
Jake only nodded in reply, already fearing the answer he was about to hear.
“I mean,” Jay giggled, cheeks dusted with a pretty pink. “He was really nice.”
What the fuck.
(or: Jake notices Jay's weird fascination with his brother, Eric. Too bad he already called dibs on Jay.)

“Are you okay, baby?”
“Yeah, just a bit tired. And nauseous.” Jay grumbles.
“Maybe we should call the doctor?”
Jay’s eyes shoot open.
“N-No, it’s fine! I already talked to him. It’s just the weather and the fact that I’ve been stressing about my new novel.” That is true.
Jay’s sudden obsession with getting mated and pregnant might have stirred his attention a tiny bit away from work. But it’s okay! The deadline is still far away. And his publisher is satisfied with the numbers his previous book is doing, so they shouldn’t mind a slight delay.
Jay will go back to being fully focused on writing once he knows he has Sunghoon’s bite mark on his neck and child growing inside his womb.
(or: Jay's done waiting around for his alpha to pick a clue or for another omega to come and snatch him away, so he takes matters into his own hands.)
