“Hiya, Peter,” Deadpool is standing there in all his red and black glory, sounding deceptively cheerful. All too cheerful, in fact, for a gun resting against one muscular thigh and a hand reaching back to, no doubt, grab a katana. “Peter Parker,” Deadpool continues, saying his name like he wants to bite into it. It’s actually kind of hot. God. Focus, Peter. Is Deadpool seriously going to try to kill him now?
All too late, Peter realizes that Spider-Man never responded to Deadpool’s messages.

When he's blackmailed by, of all people, a weird work acquaintance who needs Spider-Man gone for obviously illegal purposes, Peter is forced to hang up the suit- at least temporarily -until he can resolve the situation. Unfortunately, things start to get sticky when Deadpool, who Spider-Man's been on-again off-again with (okay, yeah, lowkey messing around with), crashes into Peter's life and demands the photographer help him figure out what's got his favorite webhead so spooked.

Summary
Over the years the Avengers have made a few attempts to recruit Spider-Man to their ranks only to receive a resounding no each time. With Public intrigue growing again it's time for their next try, the only problem with that, Spider-Man is resolutely ignoring their calls. So they call in an outside man to get Spider-Man into a meeting room.
And while most their hopes get dashed the moment the X-Men send them Deadpool for help, Tony has a simply solution.
See as a personal project for himself he hired a photographer, specifically Spider-Man's old photographer Peter Parker. Who just so happens to be in the room when Deadpool shows up.
With Peter's old relationship with Spider-Man and Deadpool's tracking(stalking) skills they'd make a great Spider-Wrangling team.[Or: Peter and Wade are hired to bring in Spider-Man, which works out about as well as you think it will for Peter.]

After his uncle died, Peter stayed put, he faced grief head on, and he faced the world without his favourite man in the world. He was strong a year later, when he officially became Spiderman, and five years later, Peter had that same strength when his aunt died. He had to stay strong, he promised his uncle he would.
When he lost Gwen, his last connection to the world, his last friend on this planet, he didn’t have the strength in him to keep fighting. He was completely alone, his best friend was gone, his family and girlfriend dead.
There was nothing worth staying for. So, he ran.Peter Parker ran all the way to Two Harbors, Minnesota.
Or, The One Where Peter runs away from his problems and meets his mysterious neighbour who has mysterious blue eyes and a nice smile.
