“Birdie, you’re goh-nuh fuck me right?” The ache of sleep in his voice makes Lohen slur his words and they fall from his tongue as a spitty mumble. “Y-you said you would if I took my stupid medicine thesh time around…so yah better take responsibility.”
Right. Illuga did promise that.

He uncovers a hidden journal, penned in Zandik's true hand, that confesses a long-held love and a secret experiment: the creation of a child born of their combined flesh, a whispered wish Pantalone drunkenly voiced decades ago and then forgot. But the journal's final, sterile entry is a death certificate: "Subject Lohen deemed unviable. Disposal in the snow. No survivor." Pantalone buries the grief of a son he never knew and accepts a Fatui mission to Mondstadt as a distraction.
