"Wait..." Gojo said, panting, sitting up but staying in place, then added:
"Do you want to... go to my room?" he said, looking straight into his eyes.
Geto forgot how to breathe for a few seconds. This was all too much to process, and the arousal he felt didn't let him think clearly.

Summary
“Satoru, here.” In a truly impressive display of a complete lack of foresight, Suguru places the baby in Satoru’s hands. “No, like this. You need to support the head.”
“Suguru,” Satoru tries.
Suguru, busy adjusting Satoru’s hold to his liking, doesn’t look up. “You’ll be fine. If it burps or pees or something, infinity will protect you. Just don’t drop it.”
And that’s how Satoru is left standing there, burbling baby in his arms, while Suguru and Shoko walk a small distance away to contact social services.
Satoru could never have guessed that holding a baby for about five minutes would dramatically change his and Suguru’s relationship.

Summary
To Satoru’s delight, they were in the same class and Satoru decided as soon as he saw the other boy in the classroom that he wanted him as his first friend. He went out of his way to talk to Suguru every day and tried to meet him by chance. He’d go to shower at the same time, go into the kitchen to eat at the same time, and step out of his room when he heard Suguru’s door. Initially, Suguru responded politely and reservedly, seemingly not interested in being friends. But Satoru refused to give up.
—Satoru has a lot of feelings about Suguru. That's just friendship, right? Suguru is his first friend and his best friend. So these feelings and desires are just due to friendship. As Satoru and Suguru go from first years at Jujutsu High to adulthood, they learn to be sorcerers, friends, and how to love each other.
