    "I didn't feel anything—"

    "Liar." The word was a weapon. "You felt it. You wanted it."

    Ao'nung's face went red— from anger or embarrassment, or both. "Shut the fuck up."

    "I think you'll do anything to avoid having an actual honest conversation." Neteyam's voice was cold now, all the hurt crystallizing into something sharp. "Including picking a fight. Including pretending I'm just some drunk mistake you can forget about."

    "I said shut UP—"

    While the unaware victim woke up disoriented on another Earth and trying to figure out what had happened, Superman was capturing and forcing working with both imps to find the astray Batman.

    On the other hand, Batman realized his other self in this new, unfamiliar world might need more than his hand alone to solve some problems. Family dispute? Perhaps. Romantic Friedship issue? Maybe! And, would this alternate Superman be willing to help?
