❗️This is a concept, meaning that this idea exists without big exploration of it. And it is OOC, especially with PVC, since he’s the only one who was really changed. The concept exists just because I was bored and wanted some angst. Angst for the sake of angst, if you will. In the end, this concept will have a lot of flaws, but it is not meant to be an entire AU, with a whole story rewritten. It’s just a little idea.
❗️The changes were not made as a “redesign” of Pure Vanilla Cookie. The changes of Pure Vanilla Cookie here were made just for the idea.
❗️The concept was created before the announcement of the “Premonition of Doom” update, so the maybe-possible interaction between Doughael and Healer Cookie never happened here.In general:
• This is a more injured and broken version of Healer Cookie, and/or Pure Vanilla Cookie. Everything is pretty much the same, except for some stuff, and HC/PVC appearance and personality.
• He has major head injury. Yet, he cannot heal it. And he has no idea how he’s still alive (I don’t know as well👍)

“What’s goin’ on, Kenny?”
Kenny huffs out some laughter at that because he honestly doesn’t even really know but he knows he feels fuckin’ terrible about it. He was relieved that Butters would be able to forget last night and now, here he is, remembering every single moment. He doesn’t know why he’s always dying and he doesn’t know why he’s always coming back and he doesn’t know why Butters remembers and- Wait, has Butters ever even seen him die before last night? Was-
Surely it couldn’t have been. Kenny dies so often that Butters must’ve been witness to it at some point before last night, right?
Right?
Maybe last night was his first time, though. Maybe he’s never seen it before and maybe if he had seen it earlier, he’d have remembered then too.
“Okay, so,” Kenny isn’t really sure where to start but he takes off his hood and studies Butters’ face for a moment, he’s clearly confused and distraught, “I die.”
Great going, Kenny. That’s so incredibly informational. You are the best at explaining. Wonderful job. Impressive, truly.

Everytime Kenny McCormick had died, he had spent a small amount of time in this limbo space he currently inhabited. At least, that’s where he thinks he is. He didn’t really know about how long he spent in between life and death, it couldn’t have been that long though as he always woke up in his bed the next day. He also wasn’t completely sure that this was limbo. But seeing as he had been to both heaven and hell before after some rather gruesome deaths, and neither of these places completely matched whether he ended up. Too dull and claustrophobic for heaven but far too silent for hell.
Well, it used to be silent.

"Kyle!” Cartman shouts, catching Kyle off guard enough that he sorta jumps but then just groans when he realizes that it’s just Cartman backseat baking, “You gotta do the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients separate,” He puts an emphasis on certain words and it makes Kyle want to say fuck it on this whole day. He wants to give up, go home, likely take Stan with him so that they can watch a movie, and never step foot in a five mile radius of Cartman ever again.
But. It’s for Kenny, so he just sighs and says, "I did."
"No,” Cartman insists, pointing at the bowl, “you didn’t.”
"Except, I literally did,” Kyle reiterates, now wanting to pluck each and every one of his hairs out of his head individually because that would be more pleasant than talking to Cartman.
“Hm,” Cartman crosses his arms critically, "I dunno, they look pretty combined to me."
Kyle swears that that’s actually his last damn straw and he yells, “That’s because I combined them, Cartman! You can’t just leave them separate. That’s not how you make cake.”
