It happens before Jake even realises, too engrossed in his own babble that he doesn’t see it coming. It doesn’t even register as painful when it happens, like a leaf in wind. It’s just a slap against his cheek. Not hard, not brutal. Just enough to shut him up, even if for just a moment.
Jake gasps, eyes going wide. His cheek blooms pink, and there are tears springing to his eyes from the impact.
The silence after is deafening. Heeseung just smiles, almost prideful, as he leans in close, gripping Jake’s jaw just under the mark.
Heeseung yawns, “Yeah, yeah. Sunghoon. But you’re still here, tied up, in the middle of nowhere, aren’t you? And Sunghoon isn’t here.”
“Don’t make me do that again,” he growls. “You’ve got a pretty face. I don’t wanna fuck it up.”

Summary
Everything has been a blur for Niragi since he joined the Beach. His days consisted of dumping out dead bodies, going to executive meetings and getting either high or drunk as fuck at the club, some days, it was both. Some times, he himself was assigned to getting rid of traitors, and that was the case today. After catching Arisu trying to steal their card collection (thanks to Chishiya, though Niragi wouldn't admit that he really helped them out in avoiding chaos), he took his built-up anger out on him before tying him up in one of the Beach's spare rooms, waiting for his visa to expire.
Right then, all the screens at the Beach turned white. A new game was beginning, right here at the so-called 'Utopia'.
