She had explained how she just couldn’t keep living like this, and Aaron stood there, frozen in place, his heart aching, more and more with every word.
And then she had walked forwards, towards him, until halting right in front of him. Had started begging him to please, please, please, do this for her, and had started sobbing during her words.
He had seen the desperation in her eyes, had searched for a way to explain why this wasn’t possible, why it wasn’t a good idea, and while his brain was still working at the highest frequency, she had suddenly dropped to her knees in front of him. And his heart stopped.

“You said something…” Jade had said, and JJ’s eyebrow had involuntarily arched up a bit, as Emily looked at her curiously. “What do you mean?”
“In the warehouse. When we talked, About the feeling, “After some man is done holding you down.”” Jade had quoted, her voice almost shaky, and the gray-haired woman had nodded slightly.
And so Jade had gone to explain how she had been thinking about it, and how she felt that it was deeper that Ian Doyle, and Emily had listened closely, had watched the girl with almost the same intense eyes that sometimes she watched Jeniffer with.

Summary
After Regina and David have a talk, reality crushes down on David. Reality of how he is with Snow, reality of how he wishes to be with Regina the same way that they were a few years ago-after the lasagna.
However Regina is with Robin and he is with Snow – they have no future together and both of them know it – that doesn‘t stop David from being jealous of what he can‘t have, and in the end both lose - and gain – more than he had expected. -
