Summary
It wasn’t Castiel who had been starving. It was Jimmy Novak. Angels don’t have desires. Angels don’t need things the way humans do. Castiel doesn’t need to feel Dean against him, it’s only Dean’s body aching for something he can’t have.
“So, you, you never want anything?” Dean shoves his hands into the pockets of his jeans. “Nothing at all?”
“I didn’t say that.” Castiel speaks slowly, seeming to hesitate over his own words. “But those feelings, those aren’t feelings I’m supposed to allow myself. I can’t keep myself…well-fed, the way you say you do.”
[Takes place after My Bloody Valentine, Season 5, Episode 14, when Sam is detoxing from the demon blood that Famine made him hunger for. Part of a "between canon" series that imagines the relationship between Dean and Castiel going on behind what we see.]

Summary
Sam, Dean, and Cas are investigating a string of murders committed by patrons of the Iris Lounge when Dean suddenly realizes he can no longer control his feelings for Cas. Sure, Cas has been sharing his grace with Dean for a long time, and sometimes they just like to lie in bed together - but they've never gone further than that - until Dean just can't stop himself.
Even when Dean realizes he might have become part of the case he's supposed to be investigating, Dean just wants one thing: Cas, who is a willing participant. But is Cas also under a spell, or is his desire all his own?

Dean got halfway through his coffee before Sam finally said, “Have you talked to him?”
“‘Bout what?” Dean leaned on his hand.
“Um… About whatever’s goin’ on with you guys?”
“What’s goin’ on?” Dean muttered, hiding behind his mug. “Nothin’s goin’ on.”
“Dean.” Sam gave him a look and Dean thought he looked awfully snide for somebody with shaved coconut in their breakfast bowl. “Come on. I haven’t had the chance to bring it up with people in and out. But it’s different from the last time. You’ve been all, ya know…flustered.”
“Flus- I’m not- what- what are you talking about?” Dean sputtered. “I don’t get flustered. Why would I be flustered around Cas?”

When he picked up the phone, Dean hadn’t been banking on Idaho, or a case, or Cas. Now, he’s gotta contend with all three and it’s giving him a lot to think about.
