To Alhaitham, that means a dinner where he makes an effort to be nice. To Kaveh, however, it apparently means showing up dressed for an elegant date - and Alhaitham quickly decides there's no need to correct the misunderstanding.

Kaveh tugged him inside and closed the door softly. "I want you."
"Yes, I understand, but you do not know what you are asking for."
"I absolutely do. I am not as innocent as everyone believes." She placed her hands on her hips, the silk tightening around her slim form and accentuating her breasts.
A soft breath huffed out of Alhaitham's nose at her declaration. "Is that so?"
He took a step closer, crowding her space. Kaveh resisted the urge to take a step back. Instead, she lifted her chin, tilting her head back to look at him as he towered over her. An embarrassing sound escaped her lips as Alhaitham reached out to stroke a thumb over her pert nipple through the smooth fabric.
Princess Kaveh has a crush on her mother's closest aide. She seduces him and begs him to take her virginity.

Summary
At the Akademiya, there was a well-known stereotype: an omega in a relationship would inevitably become pregnant within a few months of graduating. And, although Alhaitham didn't view starting a family as shameful, he was resolutely determined that he and Kaveh would not fall into such a predictable pattern.
Alhaitham tries to deny his instincts out of spite. It doesn't work out. Happy Birthday, Alhaitham!
