Agito knows the Forest well by now, thinks it's unlikely he'd ever get lost. Besides, he trusts the Twin spirits of the woods, Berui and Zerui, would guide him home. He was one of their loyal warriors, and steadfast in that role.
But this time he is lost, and the Twin's don't answer his call.
Instead, The Forest proves to him it is still dangerous, even for someone with his power.
