Summary
Fingon said, "I have loved you long enough to know that you will never allow any judgement to fall upon your brothers but yours. No matter that it makes me look feckless and disloyal to Finrod’s people and my own, as well.”
“Then do not force me into a position where I must defend them!” Maedhros cried.
“Forced!” Fingon slammed the goblet down. It fell, splashing red wine in an arc across the rug and the hem of Fingon’s fine robes. Fingon spread his arms wide so that Maedhros could see his soiled robe, the red soaking the dark blue so that it was nearly black. “Yes, indeed, this is the look of someone who forces you to do a thing against your will.”
---
Following the theft of a Silmaril, Maedhros tells Fingon of his plan for a great military Union against Morgoth. But Fingon has not forgotten Celegorm and Curufin's abduction of Luthien--and in his anger, accidentally reveals to Maedhros an old and terrible secret.- Language:

Summary
“So let me get this straight,” Arthur said, folding his fingers together as the man in front him awkwardly shifted. “You are under the impression if you win the favor of my servant that you will then win my favor?” he asked and the nobleman shifted again.
“Well, sire,” he said “That is the common consensus among… the chatter.”
“The chatter,” Arthur repeated and his mind flashed to all the kindness Merlin had received from other nobles. Dear God.
Or
Merlin has all of Camelot (and neighboring kingdoms) wrapped around his finger and Arthur is beginning to resign himself to the fact his servant somehow has more power than he does.

Summary
After losing Arthur, Merlin semi-accidentally travels back in time. In an attempt to change the future, Merlin takes Morgana under his wing and trains her in magic, all the while trying to pretend he's not still in love with an Arthur who doesn't remember that they used to be married (in the future, that is), keeping an eye out for Morgause, and juggling Camelot's run of the mill crises. You know, the usual manservant stuff.
Aka two idiots make a mess for 55k lmao.
