“You go handle your child.” Vlad ordered glaring right at the sickly looking man.
Yagi, sickly as he was, coughed up some blood in sheer surprise of the statement.
“Midoriya is your kid right? Go handle him.” Vlad clarified.
“I- I am not related to young Midoriya!” he finally managed, face red with embarrassment.
“I would still admit, this has been a complete 180 in Midoriya’s behavior, it just doesn’t feel natural.” Shouta continued.
“It can be a quirk affecting him, he has been acting this way since the provisional licensing exam, who knows what quirks were there.” Midnight suggested
“Have any one of you even considered the fact that this might not be a quirk but just little Midoriya figuring out that there is another way to respond when you feel you are not being treated right?” Hound dog suggested with a sly smile on his face.
Shouta’s left eye twitched , “You mean to say..” he trailed for some reason.
“You mean to say that this is green bean’s version of a teenage rebellion?” Nemuri squealed as she finished the sentence.
As if on cue Vlad and Hizashi hit their heads on the table, “you mean to say this is not going away?” the voice hero was wailing now.

"Oh," Jinshi's palms itch. It was his turn to respond to her letter, but since he had just seen her that morning, he hadn't yet gotten the chance. It was unprecedented for her to send a follow up without word from him, so Jinshi surmised it would be some sort of clue to corroborate an unusual observation Maomao had made during her day in the city. She was usually good at relaying those sorts of things to him, when necessary. It was certainly nothing more.
He unfurled the paper, pining the corners with his thumb and forefingers, to expose the message scribbled inside.
Saw this and thought of you.
"Is it a frog?"
or, jinshi and maomao & their not-so-subtle-but-very-much-mutual crush
