Summary
You may have read “The Favor” as it’s my second most popular fic of all time! But what if instead of a smooth, flirty Alastor, his behavior was a bit more canon? Based on the same premise but not exactly following the original, “The Favor: Redux” is a new take on a much loved work of mine.
Fifty years ago, Alastor and Mimzy made a drunken deal: if in 50 years they were both still single, they’d get married. Mimzy’s come to collect and Alastor has no intention of following through. Mimzy’s favor isn’t the only one being collected on- it’s time to use his favor from Charlie.
The plan is simple: present Charlie as his significant other for the duration of Mimzy’s visit. But what happens when one of those significant others is a terrifying radio demon with zero rizz and an aversion to touch?

Long before their falling out, Vox dragged Alastor to a burlesque club. The Television Demon wanted to evaluate some new songbird he couldn’t stop gushing about. Imagine Alastor’s surprise when this mysterious bird manages to actually turn his head. Then plans quickly form when he discovers she has a carefully guarded secret hidden beneath all her feathers.
