Summary
In scorning of curse and blessing, Link presents himself before the Goddess.
Misgiven courage bleeds the bones of his knuckles, and the ache of a blade he feels still; ripping through the delicates of his eye with the vigor of an eternity forever promised. He does not covet forgiveness, only an end, a return to dust that would stir not even a sound. To a finale for his tainted choice, no matter the cost, Link opens his weighted arms and accepts.
The Goddess swirls her feathered head, and glows him alive with her shimmer. His hatred pearls as clearly as the cry of a damned, the sword at his hip the upholding of an oath incarnate. Far away, his soul swirls unbound. The Goddess snaps shut her beak, and thinks him unfinished yet.
Or, a Link of my own creation comes to life in an alternate universe, where he is met with nine reflections of himself, and plenty outlet for rage.

Summary
Link is one for holding morals over reason.
Zelda is one for holding grudges, not griefs.
Or, in other words, Link cannot pretend to be someone he is not, even if it means upholding very necessary alliances, and Zelda has to wipe clean his mess yet again. At least it’s raining this time.

Summary
As the Van Der Linde Gang grows in their notoriety, spreading their name across the United States and fanning the embers of their future infamy, another gunslinging’ outlaw finds herself caught in her own story; a tale of sworn revenge, rather than of redemption. As she paves her way through the west, burdened by her own desire for salvation, her path intertwines with a cowboy not too unlike herself, and who’s just as desperate for freedom as she is. Unbeknownst to them, their lives will never be the same, and as the story unfolds, it becomes clear that living a life like theirs could never mean a happy ending.
Or, in other words, at the start of John's year long escapade from the gang, he has a run in with a girl that he instantly despises, but ends up stuck with anyway.
