Summary
Sixteen years have passed since Grace arrived on Erid and a new ship has been spotted in the 40 Eridani system, not from Erid and not from Earth. When Grace finds himself an interstellar ambassador between the Eridians and these new aliens, uncomfortable questions arise about whether Grace could ever really be considered Eridian, and whether he might be happier somewhere else...

Summary
Eridians. I come in peace from Planet Earth, the homeworld of Doctor Ryland Grace. We wish to learn more about your people. Can you hear me?
She scanned every dial, output, and monitor for any sign of anything at all.
Nada. Again.
She sighed heavily. Maybe they were all dead down there. She’d hoped not.
“I, uh, hey, earthling. Fellow earthling. This is Doctor Ryland Grace. We hear– uh, we copy. Um. Sup?”
Sup?! SUP?! Years without any human contact, and this guy’s first message is sup? The dead speak, and they are not fucking serious whatsoever.
---
After the success of the Hail Mary mission, Earth sends a foul-mouthed astro-anthropologist to study Erid. She discovers a very-much-still-alive Ryland Grace. Slow burn mutual pining ensues. Will eventually be explicit, but... did I mention the slow burn?

Summary
Ryland didn’t notice the first time it happened, nor any subsequent ones, that his memories were scrambled beyond the past and the present.
It’s years later, while he’s walking on Erid’s beach, that he realizes he has overlooked something monumental.
And little by little, hundreds of fragmented pieces solve a puzzle he didn’t know he had, where his vivid dreams and half formed visions are more than daydreams and wistful thinking. As he said before, “Up is down, left is right, xenon is a solid, aliens are real.”
The only way to move forward is to go back.

Summary
D'Vana Tendi is fifteen years old. She has already, secretly, decided to enroll in Starfleet in three years. In the meantime, she is reading the manuals.
There are a lot of manuals.
They are very, very strange.
A character study spanning fifteen years, from an Orion teenager reading Navigating Multispecies Social Norms with increasing bewilderment, to a Starfleet officer on the USS Cerritos who has spent a decade learning to live in a one-tenth-bandwidth world — and who is beginning to understand, finally, why the bandwidth was ever restricted in the first place.
Tendi can smell everything. This is not a superpower. It is not a disability. It is the condition of being Orion in a room full of people who can't, and who mostly don't know she can, and who built their entire social architecture to compensate for a sense they don't consciously possess.
She loves them anyway. Possibly because of it.

Summary
The reasonable thing to do when you get flung three years into the past would be to sit down and think things through - make a plan.
Fuck that noise - the Z-Team doesn't make plans. They have one (1) future dispatcher and current
disasterhero to find and bully into taking care of himself and one (1) statistics-obsessed, jackass supervillain to murder and leave in a convenient ditch. Easy, straight forward - no problem.Robert would really appreciate it if someone would explain to him what the hell is going on.
