“Well… my car freshly vacuumed, my dogs freshly groomed, two cans of vanilla cola, a beautiful spot, probably in the mountains, and someone I like enough to let them into my freshly vacuumed car.” She pauses, going through the details one more time. “And French fries, McDonald's, extra salt, probably cheese sauce.”
Again, everyone but Hannibal is looking at her like her very presence is unreasonable.
“I think it's a lovely set up,” Hannibal says gently.

Summary
Mads felt uneasy; he'd felt this way since filming Hannibal began. Something about the character drew him in, drawing him into a deep understanding of it. This immersion in a character, for an actor, was dangerous, and Mads was experiencing that feeling, trying to stay alert before Hannibal took over.
When season three wrapped, Mads said goodbye to the crew and went to Baltimore for a vacation. It was a sudden impulse; he wanted to see where his character lived and worked. Something compelled him to do this.
Stepping onto the tarmac and breathing in the Baltimore air, Mads felt his unease lessen somewhat. He took a taxi, checked into a hotel, and rested.
Sleep overwhelmed him quickly, and Mads drifted off to sleep, unaware that he was no longer in his old world.

Will’s heart thuds against his ribs. He feels formidable. Power sits in his chest like a small molten sun, warming him from the inside out. He wants Hannibal to bow before him, to kiss his ring.
What they’re doing now isn’t so far off from that, really.

While in prison, Hannibal draws Will from memory. His portraits are later published on TattleCrime. Will decides to let Hannibal draw him from life instead.
