Bruce’s eyebrows rise as he walks over toward the kitchen.
“Arthritis?”“Oh, I didn’t tell you about that?”
“No, Ma, you didn’t. Are you okay?”
“Now, don’t you start worrying about me! I’m handlin’ things just fine.” Bruce watches her pat Clark on the cheek. “Now, be a dear and look in that drawer over there, will you? Your pa picked up some doohickeys at the store that are s’posed to help with this.”
Clark nods, but Bruce sees the pensive look on his face.

“Jason,” Bruce interrupts, “it’s alright. What do you want to ask us?”
Jason is quiet for a few minutes. Dick is about to poke his head around the corner to look at him when he finally speaks up.
“I was… thinking maybe I could start calling you guys Dad and Pa?”
Dick’s stomach drops.

Before Mike left for school the next morning, he looked positively giddy in his new outfit and ‘masculine’ cologne. Karen almost made him pose for a picture because of how handsome he looked, but she didn’t want to risk losing the mom points she’d worked so hard to earn the night before. Karen was really starting to gain confidence in her assumption about it being for a new girl. She was vaguely aware that Mike had a little girlfriend in the past—some puppy love situation—but obviously, he had his eye on someone new now.
What threw her for a loop, however, was when Mike carefully selected one of his new outfits and spent twenty whole minutes in front of the mirror just to hang out with Will.

Karen knows Mike is hiding something from her, and she's awfully confident in her assumption that it's a new girlfriend.
