Summary

“Is there any way out?”
Sirius looks down at their joined hands, and nods slowly. “There might be, yeah. It’s a little crazy, but I’ve been thinking it through and I think it’s my best shot. It’s just…it’s fucking nuts.” Because he’s not sure how he can say, ‘I need you to breed me so I’m unsuitable for anyone else,’ without sounding a little crazy.
Remus nods back seriously. “Would it get you out of this situation?”
“Yes, definitely.”
“Would they kick you out of the family for it?”
“Oh, without a doubt.”
“And it’s the only way?”
“The absolute only way I can think of, yeah.”
Remus sighs, sounding more concerned than ever. “Well, whatever you think is best. Is there anything I can do to help?”
Sirius laughs a little hysterically at this. “It’s funny you ask that.”
Remus tilts his head in question. “Why?”
Sirius keeps his eyes steady on Remus, closely watching his reaction. “Well, cause I need someone to knock me up.” He takes a deep breath before continuing, “Immediately.”
