Qin Jiu laughed making You Huo’s hair stand, “So dear invigilator A isn’t as cold as the others make you seem.” The invigilator in question just glared at him in response. “Relax I didn’t call you here without a reason, from your reaction I guess you don’t know that we’ve been assigned on a mission together?” 001 smirked and took a bite from his sandwich. You Huo stared at him for a few seconds before saying “say where did you get this info from, Gin?” the name slid off his tongue with a familiar ease. They had never worked with each other before so You Huo didn’t see a reason why that would change now.
The addressed one laughed once again “why would I trick you A? We aren’t close enough for me to make jokes like that.” You Huo was at a loss for words because what Gin had said was true—they weren’t close enough to make jokes with one another, more or less they didn’t even know each other apart from knowing about each other, so why had he assumed that?or: What would've happened if You Huo and Qin Jiu got ‘eliminated’ by the system again. But still managing to meet once more, this time both as invigilators who know nothing about each other, apart from them being involved in the same so-called ‘system blackout’.
