Isagi’s bottom lip quiver, still sniffling as fresh hot tears streamed down his face— the feeling searing atop his cooled skin. His nose was red and irritated from all the snot he had wiped away, his eyes puffy and swollen from the crying he had been doing. He was dizzy, lightheaded from exhaustion as he stumbled his way to the zebra crossing.
He waited there, watching the traffic light before it glowed a green. Isagi let out a sigh as he mentally chided himself for being so weak.
So consumed by his thoughts he hadn’t noticed the truck racing towards him,
Only noticing when the truck was too close for him to dodge anymore. Turning his head to face the two blinding lights of the large vehicle before a gasp was ripped out of his lungs— his legs stilling momentarily.
then…
BOOM!
________(Basically Isagi gets isekaied by trunk-kun to another world. Only to find out he’s the annoying villain and now has an annoying cat system called Missy Alice?! Oh and the male leads can somehow read his mind now but he doesn’t know that… yet.)

“You can take a break,” Alhaitham pointed out, his gaze still fixed on Kaveh. “You’re out of motivation, I’m not in the mood to read; there’s an obvious solution here.” Kaveh lifted his face enough to look at Alhaitham.
“Are you propositioning me?” He asked. Alhaitham chuckled softly.
“Habibi, we’re married, it doesn’t count as propositioning,” he answered. Kaveh did not allow his face to betray how his heart fluttered at Alhaitham’s words. He held his husband’s gaze for a few more moments before caving with a sigh. Alhaitham’s idea didn’t sound so bad, and he really did need a break…
