“Alphas,” Regulus mutters. “Think they’re oh so powerful, waging wars and violence to impress one another. But you're not like that, are you, James? No, I know what you truly desire.”
“And that is?” James’s voice was deep and gravelly.
“Comfort,” Regulus replies instantly, and he thinks he falls in love a bit more when James’s eyes crinkle softly. “Flowers and declarations of love, authority and belonging.” He pauses before leaning forward, close enough that if anyone were to see them they would surely think something scandalous. “My cunt,” he whispers. James digs his nails into the palms of his hands.
“And you could have all of that,” Regulus continues before backing away and starting to head down the hall. “After you fulfill your promise of meeting my dragon.”
Regulus Black has many suitors in line for him as heir to the Iron Throne, but he has already made the decision in choosing James Potter. He wants James to be apart of his life, and meeting his dragon is a special part of that, no matter how scared the other man may be.

Summary
With an offended scoff, Dazai raises his finger, and Chuuya just knows that he’s about to hear yet another pompous tirade — how lucky he knows exactly how to prevent it.
Before Dazai manages to utter a single word, Chuuya brings the performance to a halt — he was never the type to enjoy theatre that much, anyway. He presses his lips against Dazai’s forehead and firmly pushes on Dazai’s shoulders until they’re both sprawled on the couch, their heartbeats so close to each other, it feels like they’re about to merge into one.
“I-”
Chuuya cuts him off with another peck on the forehead.
“You-”
Chuuya hums and kisses the red spot—or rather, the gushing wound Dazai makes it out to be—again, feeling Dazai relax underneath him and put his arms on Chuuya’s waist, thumbs absentmindedly drawing circles on the fabrics of his shirt.

Chuuya shivered as Dazai put on a movie. Neither of them paid attention to it. Dazai’s focus was on auburn curls and the heaviness of comfort on his chest. Chuuya’s was on the arms around him and the aching of his bones.
“You know I love you. Am I allowed to show you that?”
“Do whatever. Clearly I can’t stop you.”Or
