drew me in, hooked me deep. lmaoooo. i am so glad this is so developed, continuous, and written with thought. provocative, layers and LAYERS of thrill to indulge in.
but also, woah, is mike so repressed that he’s going to seek out sex with a man and still not confront his sexuality?
woah. ch 12 was so emotional. and 13, 14 returns to that emotion, so insightful in characterizing the two. not the main point of this, but genuinely invested in relationship and the non-smut advancements

Jean has only been Interim Prime Minister for Monstadt for less than a year. In those months she’s had to deal with terrorist attacks by the Abyss Order, Treasure Hoarders trying to loot Monstandt’s history, reconciliation negotiations with the hilichurl tribes of Dadaupa Gorge, and what is apparently an ancient weather drone that’s decided to go on a rampage.
Now she was getting reports that a pair of aliens had just crash landed their spaceship on the beach just off Starsnatch Cliff.
