Shane wakes up feeling a bit off. It started when he did his morning workout where he struggled more than usual getting through his reps. It continued in class after that where he had trouble concentrating on his physical therapy lecture. Once he got to lunch, things started to click into place for him.
Shane was starting his pre-heat.

Shane should be proud because he was the only one who put a ring on and locked the notoriously untamable Ilya Rozanov down.
