    "Hey man, you good?" Bob startles, turning around to glance behind the couch, fruit knife in hand. Walker slowly raises his hands in mock surrender. "Hey, yeah, I'm— I'm good. Just, um, feeding this little guy," Bob lifts the guinea pig in demonstration, as if it would be unclear who he's talking about otherwise. "And verbal encouragement helps him digest better, or what?"

    This is the man Bob wants to hold hands with. Voluntarily. With feelings attached.

    Or: Bob Reynolds has the power of a million exploding suns and absolutely no idea what to do with himself: A former addict, accidental supervillain, and full-time disaster, he is now inexplicably living in the watchtower with a team of ex-spies and enhanced individuals who are, against all odds, kind to him.

    Naturally, he has to ruin it by developing a catastrophic crush on John Walker.

    Walker -US Agent, resident straight asshole, Temu Captain America— has so far remained blissfully unaware. Bob intends to keep it that way.
