A hologram or— “A ghost?” She breathed out.
“Huh, most people usually run away.” The woman casually said as if it was nothing new to her.
“Not that people visit anymore.” She grumbled.
The woman was striking for Love. The long flowy black hair to the outfit that screamed like she was in some sort of band. She was the kind of woman Love would’ve had a crush on back in high school.
“I think you’re the first in decades to visit this house.” The woman pointed out, her eyes shamelessly trailed Love’s short stature.
Love cleared her throat and the woman snapped out of her daze.
“And probably my last again.” She added, crossing her arms and leaning against the piano—like she was waiting for the woman to scream or run.
Though she was met with silence, she gazed back at the woman—expecting to see fear but instead she was met with warm curiosity.
“Uh, this is the part where you run?”
“Why?” Love questioned.
“Because I’m a ghost?” The woman retorted, unsure with what was happening. She was sure that this one was peculiar.
