Summary
Second genders are crucial in this world, and not having one means that something is wrong with their body. Labeled as ‘Genderless’, people ostracise and keep away from them because they are deemed unhealthy and useless to society.
Diagnosed as ‘Genderless’ at the age of 13 when he never presented, Izuku is abandoned by his father and his closest friend, Kacchan, tells him that he isn’t good enough to be friends with him. Izuku still follows him around until it hurts too much, and he realises he needs to let go.
It’s a rare occurrence, a rare phenomenon, but it does happen; Izuku suddenly presents as a Prime Omega. Katsuki knows his desire for Izuku has never been about his gender, but his stupid ass has hurt the only person he has ever loved.
